"Audi covered in blue spraypaint in early morning vandalism attack in Nuneaton"

An appeal for witnesses has been made



Vandals daubed blue spray paint all over the front of an Audi car during an early morning vandalism attack in Nuneaton.

It has led to the Camp Hill, Galley Common and Whittleford Neighbourhood Watch group to appeal for anyone with any information to come forward.

The front of the car, including the windscreen, was left covered in blue spray paint.

On the Camp Hill, Galley Common and Whittleford alerts page on Facebook, co-ordinators have urged anyone who knows who is behind the attack in Cedar Road to come forward.

Images of the car as well as CCTV stills of the suspects have been published on the Neighbourhood Watch page.

It reads: "This happened in Cedar Road around 3.25am on Saturday morning. Two people were involved, believed to be male, one thin, the other not so thin.

"Please message us if you have information or have closer CCTV."

Details can also be passed onto police via the independent charity Crimestoppers, which is free to call from a landline and confidential, on 0800 555 111.

For a so-called 'vandal' attack they went to an awful lot of trouble to disguise their appearance and limit the damage to only one vehicle?
