"Do not approach - police search for man after assault"

Police believe Karl Blackbird could have information which could help with their enquiries



Police are looking to speak to a man in connection with a common assault and criminal damage - but have asked people not to approach him.

West Midlands Police are investigating the incident which happened on Tuesday (September 7) in Longford and would like to speak to Karl Blackbird, 36.

The force believes he could have information which could help with their enquiries.

Mr Blackbird is described as having facial hair, short brown hair and brown eyes.

He is known to have connections to the Longford and Coventry areas.

Police have asked people not to approach him and instead contact 101, quoting incident number 338 of September 7.
