It is the second day running
Bin collections across Nuneaton and Bedworth have been suspended again due to health and safety fears.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council has announced for the second day running, collections have been axed because of the icy conditions.
A post on Facebook said: "Bin collection continue to be affected by snowfall. Due to the snowfall and icy conditions throughout the Borough, we remain unable to carry out bin collections this morning (Tuesday 26th January 21).
"The situation will be reviewed periodically throughout the day to assess whether collections can resume," it says.
"Alternative arrangements for collection will be put in place to carry out bin collections as soon as we are able to do so, please keep your bin presented for collection in the meantime.
"Those affected will be advised of alternative collections dates on our website and social media channels.
"Health and safety concerns regarding the adverse weather include 26 tonne vehicle driving conditions as well as footfall for collection staff and the difficulties around pulling bins through the snow. We aim to keep disruption to a minimum and thank all residents for their understanding and patience."
A yellow weather warning was in place until 10am today for ice following freezing conditions overnight. Temperatures in the borough today are due to rise to around 5C but not until this evening.
Throughout the morning and afternoon, the highest temperature forecast is between 3C-4C.

Weekend bin collections to catch-up with delays due to snow
Bin collections will be made this weekend to catch-up with the two day delay caused by snow.
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council has revealed its plan of action after being forced to suspend collections yesterday (January 26) and on Monday.
They were cancelled due to 'health and safety' concerns for staff due to snow and ice on the roads.
A Town Hall spokesperson said: "Following improvement to weather conditions, we have fortunately been able to resume all refuse and recycling services this morning.
"We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank residents for their continued co-operation and support in this matter.
"Our staff continue to work exceptionally hard to provide our waste and recycling services."
Black bins
To keep disruption to a minimum, all available resources will be utilised to undertake scheduled work for today (January 27) and missed collections from Monday (January 25 ) and Tuesday (January 26).
Households are being urged to leave their bins out for collection.
It is anticipated that all black bin collections will be caught up by Saturday (January 30).
Recycling bin collections scheduled for today (January 27) onwards will collected as normal.
All disrupted collections from Monday (January 25 ) and Tuesday (January 26) will be serviced from tomorrow (January 28) to Saturday (January 28).
Fleet vehicles from Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council will work with partner Coventry City Council to collect recycling material.
As a result of this, paper and card caddy may be collected separately from the wheeled bin, this is to stop a mixing of material.
Households should leave their wheeled bin and caddy out for collection.
