Hunt for sick gang who hurled dead wildlife on driveway

Police say they are searching for a gang responsible for hurling dead wildlife on a driveway in Nuneaton

Officers say that four suspects, in a car, are believed to be behind the sickening incident on Hallowe'en night.

Initially there were reports that there were several homes in St Nicolas Park area were targeted.

A Warwickshire Police spokesperson confirmed they are investigating an incident at a home in Milby Drive.

"Police received a report of a number of dead animals being found on a property in Milby Drive in Nuneaton.

"The incident is believed to have taken place around 11.45pm on Saturday evening (31 October) when it is reported four people pulled up to the property in a car and threw the animals onto the driveway.

"Investigating officers believe it to be an isolated incident at this time.

Enquiries are ongoing and officers are keen to speak to anyone who saw anything or was in the area when the incident occurred."
