Boots bosses have explained why one of its stores in Nuneaton is only open three hours a day.

Customers have been shocked to see a sign on the front of the store in Arbury Road which explains that hours have been cut.

It is currently only offering a door service, between the hours of 2pm and 5pm.

Coventry Live contacted Boots and a spokesperson said: "Boots Arbury Road store is temporarily operating a limited service."

The spokesperson went on: "Our priority is supplying our patients with the prescriptions, advice and medicines that they need, and colleagues in this store will be available to customers between 2pm and 5pm today and (between these times) for the rest of the week.

"We’re doing everything we can to support and care for our colleagues and customers, and we’d like to thank our customers for their patience during this challenging time.”

May be its Gorden Brown saying yesterday in the news that we need to be even closer to the EU now.

I went in one yesterday a massive sign filling the large window do not enter if you think you may have Cov19 yet they have air conditioning which would spread it if any of their staff might have it . :fuming: Have they been tested I wonder . I ve read the tests are useless any way.

Co op has reduced its hours to 8 till 6 now in Exhall staff were notified this morning.
