Rural cops found farming machinery worth more than £100,000 in Bedworth.

Warwickshire Rural Crime Team say they spotted a stolen John Deere tractor in the Bedworth area.

It led them to working with the National Vehicle Crime Intelligence Service and even more stolen machinery was found at an undisclosed location.

As a result of the initial find on Thursday (March 12) the team arrested a man, who was found to be wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court in relation to driving while disqualified.

He was detained in custody and was due to appear in court.

Further investigations are ongoing to trace other suspects.

There has become a big wave of stolen farm machines in the UK .

Farm machines are worth a fortune to sell to France as theirs are far more expensive an ex brit man visiting his mother here at the University hospital told me when I was in there. He comes back here to buy machines for his French farm.
