15-yr-old boy "shot twice" in Spon End...

Huge crowd of sightseers congregating on the Hope Street bridge. At least two paramedic ambulances in attendance. Police have since cleared the crowd and sealed-off the bridge. Currently taking statements from witnesses. Unoffical reports that a 15-yr-old boy was shot once in the head and once in the shoulder. His grandmother later confirmed he will undergo surgery later today.
