Police are hunting a wanted man who escaped from hospital in Coventry.
Kieron Jenkins, 30, escaped while with officers at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire yesterday at around 5.45pm (June 14).
Residents reported a large police presence outside the hospital in the Boswell Drive area of Walsgrave yesterday evening.
The police helicopter was also seen hovering in the area.
Police are warning anyone who sees Jenkins not to approach him, but to call 999.
He is also wanted in connection with a burglary.

Man jailed for attack on emergency worker at hospital
A man who fled from police while at Coventry's University Hospital is now serving time behind bars.
Kieron Jenkins escaped from custody at the hospital in Walsgrave on June 14 and went on the run.
That saw a huge police operation launched to find him.
He was tracked down and appeared at Warwick Crown Court today (July 18).
He pleaded guilty to three offences.
They were:
- assaulting an emergency worker
- escaping from lawful custody
- handling stolen goods
Jenkins, 30, of no fixed abode, was sentenced to 14 months in prison.
Following his escape from the hospital, a large police presence was seen outside the hospital in the Boswell Drive area of Walsgrave.
The police helicopter was also seen hovering in the area.
