CCTV of man released as cops investigate assault on woman

The attack happened in January but has not been solved



CCTV footage of a man police want to speak to after a woman was assaulted in Coventry city centre has been released.

The assault happened on Croft Road just before 4am on Sunday, January 13.

Coventry Police shared the appeal to trace the man today (Saturday, February 23).

They wrote on their Facebook page: "Do you know who this man is?

"We’d like to speak to him about an assault of a woman on Croft Road in #Coventry city centre, just before 4am on Sunday 13 January.

"If you have information, contact police via Live Chat at west-midlands.police.uk between 8am and midnight or call 101 anytime.

"Crimestoppers can be called anonymously on 0800 555 111. Quote crime reference 20CV/10045D/19."
