A teenager has been seriously injured after another stabbing in Coventry.
Emergency services were called to Princess Street in Foleshill shortly after 7pm on Thursday evening.
Ambulance crews received calls to report of an assault at 7.15pm.
When they arrived, a teen was seriously injured.
Police have confirmed he received multiple stab wounds and have launched an investigation into the attack.
A video was widely viewed on social media of the stabbing today however it later appeared to have been removed from Facebook pages to which it had been shared.
It showed two men apparently talking outside a house before one, wearing a hoody, looks to pull something out of his pocket.
A group of people enter the shot but do not appear to be directly involved in the attack.
At that point, appears the knifeman is either stabbing, or attempting to stab the victim who backs away into the front garden of a property.
After then seemingly stabbing him several times, the victim falls to the ground behind a wall.
The knifeman then crouches down over the victim but it is not possible to see what he is doing.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "Police were called to Station Street East, Coventry to reports of a teenager being stabbed at around 7pm last night (3 January).
