The robbery happened this morning
Three teenagers were arrested by armed police in Bedworth after a shopkeeper was threatened with a gun.
The robbery took place at around 9.50am this morning at a shop in Armson Road, Exhall, before the suspects fled the scene on foot.
One person - believed to be a shop worker - suffered minor facial injuries in the incident.
Armed officers and police dogs were called and the three teenagers - aged 13, 15 and 16 - were arrested nearby, said a spokesman for Warwickshire Police.
The 13 and 16-year-old are both from Bedworth and the 15-year-old from Exhall.
The arrests took place in Bluebell Drive, off Smorrall Lane, and the three teenagers are currently in police custody on suspicion of robbery.
A number of people have reported seeing armed police in the Smorrall Lane area this morning, as well as on other roads in the area.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any other information that could help police is asked to call Warwickshire Police on 101, quoting incident 129 of March 24.

Three teenage boys charged following Exhall robbery
Three boys have been charged following a robbery in Exhall yesterday.
The incident happened at a newsagents on Armson Road.
Three teenagers have now been charged in relation to the robbery and will appear in court.
A 13-year-old boy from Bedworth was charged with robbery and possession of an imitation firearm. He was bailed to appear at court on April 12.
A 16-year-old boy from Bedworth was charged with robbery and possession of an imitation firearm. He was remanded to appear in court tomorrow.
A 15-year-old boy from Exhall was charged with handling stolen goods. He was bailed to appear at court on April 12.
