Police uncover Coventry brothel in daytime raid

Two people were arrested when police raided a residential home

Two people were arrested after police raided a brothel in Coventry.

Officers targeted a house in Honiton Road, Wyken, at around 3pm on Monday.

A man and a woman, both aged 35, were arrested on suspicion of managing or assisting in the management of a brothel.

The man was later released without charge.

The woman was released on police bail until a date in September pending further enquiries.
