Hey, I once got a letter from EMEB (as was) accusing me of having "refused entry to a meter reader" and demanding a full year's payment in one lump sum. They weren't too apologetic either when I pointed out that there is no :censored: electric meter at this address as they are all housed in a communal building to which I don't have access! :clown:

I switched my account to British Gas at the first opportunity who have since had no difficulty either locating or reading the electric meter and billing me promptly.
