Government back-to-work schemes legally flawed

This ruling won't make any difference to government policy for the reasons explained in the article. I doubt even a change in goernment would make any difference to the policy. It was Labour who introduced the concept of 'Workfare' while their Trade Union backers rolled-over and played dead for them.
