Fire crews were called to a derelict pub alight in Warwick in the early hours of this morning.
The former Hobson's Choice pub in Spinney Hill was initially believed to have an adjacent skip on fire but the first crew from Leamington arrived to find the ground floor ablaze at 2.30am.
A second fire engine was sent and firefighters had the fire extinguished by 3.30am.

FIREFIGHTERS are tackling a blaze at a derelict pub in Warwick this morning.
Crews were dispatched to the two-storey property Hobsons Choice in Spinney Hill at 2.01am and they arrived to find the ground floor of the building on fire.
A Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said two jets and two breathing apparatus were being used to put out the flames and scene safety has been implemented.
