Pensioner robbed of cash in City Arcade

CCTV images have been released of man police want to trace after a pensioner was robbed of cash in broad daylight.



The 88-year-old victim was shopping in City Arcade when a man stole the cash and bank cards from a jacket pocket he was wearing.

It happened at around 3pm on Thursday, July 12.

The thief is described as white, 5ft 10" tall with black hair. He was wearing a distinctive pink polo shirt.

Detectives are keen to hear from anyone who may be able to identify the man and are urged to call PC Danielle Lovett on 101.
