POLICE swooped on a cannabis factory at the block of flood-damaged flats in Coventry.

The discovery was made by electricians called in after a flood at a 16-storey tower block.

Police found a fourth floor flat in Caradoc Hall had been converted into a mini-drugs factory.

They seized a number of cannabis plants and drug-cultivation equipment.
