Two men, aged 37 and 31, have been arrested following a robbery at a Warwickshire post office.
An unknown quantity of money was stolen from the store in New Street in Baddesley Ensor by two masked men at around 12:40 GMT on Tuesday.
Police believe the pair fled the scene by forcing their way into a red Skoda Felicia that crashed in Waste lane, Atherstone, shortly afterwards.
The driver suffered minor injuries and has since been released from hospital.
The 37-year-old was arrested following the single-car collision and was also taken to hospital for treatment for the injuries he sustained.
The 31-year-old, arrested at another location, is undergoing treatment for multiple injuries.
Warwickshire Police are appealing for anyone who saw the car "being driven between Baddesley Ensor and Waste Lane, Atherstone and anyone who saw a male, described as wearing dark clothing, and walking with difficulty in the area of Waste Lane, Atherstone".
"Police are also appealing for anyone who saw a small sliver coloured Kia being driven around Baddesley during the morning to also contact them," a force statement added.
