Serious attack near Nuneaton bus station

A man is seriously ill on hospital after being attacked outside Nuneaton bus station.



Police were called to reports of an assault near Flames Grill at the bus station on Harefield Road early this morning.

When they got there they found a 32-year old man with a serious head injury.

Three men aged 22, 25 and 28 were arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault and are being questioned.

A section of the bus station had to be cordoned off for tests and is due to open around midday.
