A surgery is being shut down at short notice after the doctor who owns it was struck off.
Nearly 3,500 patients at Foleshill Medical Centre in Coventry have been given just four weeks to find a new GP.
NHS chiefs say they have to shut the surgery after Dr Syed Alijah was banned from practising for two years and was removed from their list of approved GPs amid concerns over the way the practice was run.

But angry patients want his partner Dr Syed Haider – who was not implicated in any allegations of mismanagement – to take over the practice and are demanding a public meeting to raise their concerns.
