Electricity off during cold snap

Plans to cut electricity supplies to a Warwickshire village during the cold weather have been criticised.

Power supplier Central Networks has given notice that supplies to Welford-on-Avon, near Stratford-upon-Avon, will be off for eight hours on Monday.
