Police believe Jesse Richards was abducted while in Worcestershire in July 2009. His body has not been found.

Two men, 49 and 27, from Coventry, have been charged with his murder and will appear before magistrates. A third man is charged with perverting justice.

Joseph Doe, 36, of Southminster, Essex, and David Butler, 25, of Colnbrook, Slough in Berkshire, have previously been charged with his murder.

The Coventry men were charged with murder earlier this week and are due before magistrates in Birmingham, via videolink, later.

The third man is 29, and from Nuneaton. He will also appear before magistrates later.

Mr Doe, of Tattersall Chase, and Mr Butler are next due to appear before Birmingham Crown Court in May.

At the time of his disappearance Mr Richards, a scrap dealer, was 41 and living with his wife and children.
