Two women have received treatment following a "severe" fire at a house in Coventry.
The fire broke out in the ground floor of a terraced house in Northfield Road, in Stoke, Coventry at 0435 GMT.
A spokesman for West Midlands Fire Service said one female was led to safety and taken to hospital.
Another female was checked over by ambulance staff at the scene. Four appliances attended the fire and crews left the house at 0700 GMT.
