Teams will compete to prove they are batter than the rest at the Warwick Pancake Races. The annual event will be held in the Market Square on Tuesday, March 4, and has been organised by Warwick Rotary Club.
An adult's race starts at 1pm with competitors flipping a pancake around the course. While the children's event - featuring youngsters from primary school - begins at 1.30pm.
It is a long-standing tradition and there is still time to take part and sign up a team of four for £10. Winning teams will be given a trophy and prizes.
Rotary president Dick Dixon will be responsible for starting the races. Fellow Rotary member Jackie Crampton said: "This is is a nice way to keep a tradition alive and we are hoping for some fine spring weather on the day.
"Warwick Rotarians are out in force to marshal the event and this is one of the events we arrange for the local community."
This event is supported by Tesco, who will provide the prizes, and The Globe, who are supplying hot pancakes.
