A man had to be taken to hospital after a fire broke out at the Salvation Army hostel in Coventry.About 20 firefighters were called to tackle the fire in the four-storey building in Foleshill Road just after midnight on Thursday.
The man was taken to hospital suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation.
Investigators said the fire started in a flat on the second floor of the building. They were still trying to find out how it started.
