Man arrested after alleged double stabbing in Coventry

Two people suffered stab wounds in Coventry on Friday night.

Police were called to reports of disorder on Far Gosford Street at around 11.10pm.

One man had suffered a stab wound to his leg while the other suffered a stab wound to his hand. The injuries were not life-threatening.

A man aged 21 was arrested on suspicion of wounding and was later released on bail pending further enquiries.
