Police have now released CCTV of men they want to speak to
This is the shocking moment a car bursts into flames on a residential Coventry street.
The car was one of three vehicles torched on Thirlmere Close, Tile Hill South , within 48 hours.
CCTV released by West Midlands Police shows two men running across the road as a van and car are set on fire just after 3am on Saturday, February 24.
Officers now want your help to trace the men in the CCTV.
Two days later, another car was set alight in the same road.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: “These two men are being sought by West Midlands Police after three vehicles were set on fire on the same road in Coventry in just two days.
“CCTV shows two men running across Thirlmere Close as a Volkswagon Caddy van and Toyota Rav 4 car are set on fire.
“It happened just after 3am on Saturday 24 February. Two days later, at 12.30am, a red Ford Focus car was set on fire in the same road.
“Officers are trying to establish if the fires on the two nights are linked."
