One man was taken to hospital after receiving stab wounds to his back while the second victim sustained injuries to his hand
Two men have been arrested after two men were stabbed in Coventry [yesterday] afternoon.
The incident happened at the junction of Harnall Lane East and Bath Street in Hillfields at lunchtime.
An area near to the campus of City College Coventry was taped off by the police while investigations were carried out.
One man, aged 28, was taken to hospital after receiving stab wounds to his back while the second victim, aged 32, sustained injuries to his hand. It is believed he was also taken to hospital.
West Midlands Police said neither of the men’s injuries were life-threatening.
Police arrested two men aged 23 and 26 on suspicion of wounding.
Though the incident took place near to City College Coventry, a staff member told the Telegraph they knew nothing of the incident.
