Officers wish to trace two men who may have information on the incident on March 31
Police in Coventry have released CCTV after a 22-year-old-woman was spat on in Coventry city centre.
The victim was trying to stop an argument between her friend and two men in Croft Road, next to the Skydome, when the incident occurred.
One man threatened to punch her and the other spat directly in her face, before the men left shortly after in a taxi at around 1.40am on March 31.
Officers have now released CCTV footage of two men they wish to speak to in connection with the incident and are urging them to come forward.
Anyone who recognises either of the men or has any information is asked to call police on 101 or email contactus@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk.
