The Environment Agency have issued seven flood alerts and warnings today for the Midlands.
Low-lying land between Nuneaton and Tamworth is said to be particularly at risk, due to potential flooding from the River Sence and the River Anker.
The flood alerts are designed to warn residents and travellers that flooding is possible so that precautions can be taken to protect property amend travel plans.
