People can give their feedback on the future development of Warwick town centre.

The Warwick Town Centre Partnership has drawn up its preferred options for the next 15 years and is asking people to give their views in a series of open days.

Ideas include opening up Market Hall to become part of the market again, changes to traffic flows and parking arrangements and debates on more housing or hotels.

District councillor John Hammon said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for the people of Warwick to help shape the town’s future.”

He said the “innovative” proposals could see millions of pounds invested in the town centre.

An exhibition takes place tomorrow at St Nicholas Park leisure centre from 10am to 4pm and on Friday at the One Stop Shop at Shire Hall.

Further events take place at Sainsbury’s, in Saltisford, on Friday, October 26, and Saturday, October 27,, and at Tesco in Emscote Road on Friday, November 2, and Saturday, November 3. Visit warwicktowncentreplan.org
