Petrol shortages and increasing prices?

The price of oil on world market is about to collapse, that's because speculators and hedge funds are now selling it short on the futures exchange.

Whether this filters through to a fall in pump prices is another matter. My guess is the government will cash-in by jacking up the duty on petrol and diesel to unprecented levels.
