Pub in Wheelright Lane is attacked...

The landlord of The Hub, in Wheelwright Lane, spoke of how vandals smashed three of windows at 1am yesterday causing £1,000 worth of damage.



Paddie McCourt, said: “They used a diversion sign to smash the windows. I was upstairs in the bedroom and heard an almighty bang – I thought it was a gunshot.

“I looked down and saw the sign had moved and heard voices down the street.

“They should leave businesses like ours alone.”
