The 23-year old victim says he sat next to her and touched her leg after getting on the service to Birmingham New Street between 2:45pm and 3pm back on Sunday 20th March.

British Transport Police Investigating Officer, PC Mark Murphy, said: “When the victim got up to leave the train at Birmingham New Street station, the man also grabbed her bottom.

“This was a frightening and intimidating experience for the victim and this sort of behaviour is completely unacceptable.

“I am asking anyone who recognises the man pictured, or who knows his current whereabouts, to come forward as we believe this man will have information which can assist our investigation.”

You can call British Transport Police on Freefone 0800 40 50 40 quoting B6/WWA of 11/04/11. Or you can phone the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
