Coventry's ring road closing for resurfacing

Stretches of Coventry's inner ring road are to be closed from Sunday evening for repairs.



A city council spokesman said the two-week closures had been arranged for after the evening rush hour and before the morning rush.

Teams will be repainting the white lines, cleaning and weeding and carrying out resurfacing work.

The first closure is at junction one, Foleshill Road, to junction four, London Road, at 1700 GMT to 0600 GMT.
