Around 30 firefighters are at the scene of a severe fire at a Coventry industrial unit.
Crews were called to reports of several vehicles on fire which spread to DGM Autogas, Hillfields, at 12.14am.
Six appliances from Foleshill, Radford, Binley, Canley and Hay Mills were sent to the Primrose Hill Street premises, where there are a large number of gas canisters.
Residents in nearby flats were evacuated as crews tackled the blaze.
Four firefighters fought the flames using breathing apparatus and hose reel jets.
A West Midlands Fire spokesman said the blaze missed the canisters but caused 100 per cent damage to the single-storey commercial building and three vehicles.
It also spread to a first floor flat.
