COVENTRY MESSAGE BOARD

There was one like that in Coventry for many years. It ran from the roundabout in London Road to the site of Whitefriars Abbey and then ended abruptly. It was originally meant to continue all the way to the junction of Lower Ford Street, Alma Street and Raglan Street but the project was abandoned and eventually replaced by the Gosford Street flyover.
