That's nothing, I was walking through a street the other day where all the residents' cars were parked across three-quarters of the pavement so I had to walk in the middle of the road in order to get around them!

Happens regular round here too, and many are NHS employees.

Car drivers can be inconsiderate prats at times but are so quick to complain if their car gets scratched due to their inconsideration.
