This is the absolute truth.
I had a delivery from Parcel Force or someone very similar a few weeks ago. The driver found my address without any problem but according to his hand held GPS my house was somewhere else and he wasn't allowed to give me the package as it would breech company policy. Instead he had to drive to the next street to a location where the GPS said I was and enter his position there then come back with the package and hand it to me so I could sign for it.
I'm not blaming the driver in any way he was just following company rules.
