'Mafia II' debuts top of all-formats chart

Mafia II has topped the all-formats chart in its first week of release.



It pushes last week's number one Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days down to second place, while Toy Story 3 moves to third.

Elsewhere, Wii Sports Resort has re-entered the top ten after several weeks away.
