Master Chief finds himself at the top of the all-format gaming chart with Halo 5: Guardians.

Halo 5 generated 50% more week-one sales than Assassin's Creed Syndicate, as well as last year's Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

Ubisoft's London-based Assassin's Creed drops down to second, above FIFA 16 in third and WWE 2K16 at four.

The latest WWE game outsells its predecessor by 3-to-1 in terms of week one sales. It's followed by another new entry in Minecraft: Story Mode.

GTA 5, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Watch Dogs, LEGO Dimensions and LEGO Jurassic World also appear in the top ten.
