Minecraft sells more than 13 million copies on PC

Minecraft has sold more than 13 million units on PC, it has been revealed.
The sandbox game's creator Markus 'Notch' Persson announced the milestone via Twitter today.
"The original version of Minecraft has now passed 13 million copies sold," he tweeted. "Official statement: whoa."
Minecraft is also available for Xbox 360, Android and iOS devices.
At E3 2013, an Xbox One version of the game was confirmed to be in development.
Persson previously announced that the game will also be released for Sony platforms, including PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4.
