Activision’s first-person shooter enjoys the third biggest launch of the year, behind Grand Theft Auto 5 and FIFA 14.

Battlefield 4 remains second, selling 6,000 more copies than Assassin’s Creed 4, which drops to third.

Elsewhere, Professor Layton and the Azran Legacy makes its debut at 13, charting above fellow 3DS titles Pokemon X and Pokemon Y.
