PES 2016's free-to-play myClub version is out now

Wed Dec 09, 2015 2:55 pm

You can now play PES 2016 without spending a penny, as the free-to-play myClub has now launched on PS3 and PS4.

We knew about it before, but its release could help those of you out there who are still on the fence about the game.

Remember, though, this is a free-to-play title - so it's not actually free. You get a demo mode that is totally free, but that only has seven teams to play as - as seen in the PES 2016 demo. You also get MyClub, which is a lot of fun and sees you building your own super-squad...

However, PES 2016's free version also requires you spend a bit of real world money to get the most out of it - otherwise you'll be stuck with a squad of 70-rated players, and nobody wants that.

Download PES 2016 myClub on PS4 here, and PS3 here. There's no word yet on a PC or Xbox One version, but we'll keep an eye out.
