Announced last year, Total War: Rome 2 will enable players to forge empires, restore the Republic or become a hated tyrant out for self-gratification.

The game will release on September 3 alongside a number of pre-order bonuses and special editions.

With only 22,000 copies being manufactured, the Total War: Rome 2 - Collector's Edition includes a miniature Roman siege catapult, a 30-piece Tabula set, three bone-effect Tesserae dice, a Total War card game, and a canvas campaign map.

Each special edition will ship in a steelbook case, laser-etched with the unique collector's number in Roman numerals.
