'Football Manager 2012' release date set

Football Manager 2012 has been given a release date for the PC and Mac.



The annual football management simulation will hit the shelves on October 21, Sega has revealed.

A demo will also be made available nearer to the game's launch. Players who download the demo will be allowed to continue their saved games when the game is released in October.

The latest edition of the football simulation series will see over 800 changes, alongside adjustments to ongoing rule changes in over 50 leagues featured in the game.

Football Manager 2012 features updated visuals and camera angles, a tweaked interface and scouting system as well as a brand new 'tone' feature for delivering team talks.

Players can choose whether to deliver calm and calculated team talks or throw objects and inject passion.
