Rebbonk, you can post Flash-based games and videos directly to the forum provided you have the orginal address of where the .swf file is stored. I've edited your post a bit to show how it's done. The numbers are the width and height you want the picture to be displayed, 640,480 being the most common but you can use any dimensions you like. Be warned that some websites, especially the BBC, go to enormous lengths to hide the address of the .swf file.
