Families can enjoy a meet-and-greet with a kids' TV favourite at Godiva Festival in Coventry. Bluey will join in the fun when the hugely anticipated event returns to War Memorial Park in July.
Children will have the chance to see the much-loved CBeebies character on Sunday, July 6. She will be meeting and greeting young fans on the Family Field.
Godiva Festival will be returning to the city from Friday, July 4, to Sunday, July 6. Crowds will be treated to a star-studded lineup this year, which includes Clean Bandit, Marc Almond, Ocean Colour Scene, and DJ Nathan Dawe.
Britains Got Talent stars Diversity and The Specials' legend Neville Staple will also be appearing at Godiva Festival. Thousands are set to descend on the city for the three-day event, which Cllr Abdul Salam Khan has promised to be 'incredible.'
Organisers said there will be plenty to do with a range of stalls, thrilling fairground rides, and food from popular city vendors, such as Earlsdon-based Surf and Slice. Tickets were released this morning (March 31) and can be purchased from just £4 with Go CV+.
A spokesman for Godiva Festival said: “We have got something super exciting lined up that we know families will love! Joining us on Sunday, July 6 is Bluey. She will be with us on the Family Field meeting and greeting the crowd at intervals throughout the day.”
