Hundreds take part in BBC Doorsteps Carols events

Postby dutchman » Thu Dec 16, 2021 5:32 pm

Hundreds of people sung carols together across the country as part of a BBC event.

The event grew out of the lockdown last Christmas when people joined their neighbours in socially-distanced celebrations in their streets.

On Wednesday, events took place in the West Midlands from town squares to hospitals.

Carols included O Come all ye Faithful, Once in Royal David's City and O Little Town of Bethlehem.

I thought I heard carol singers last night but it was very faint as few people live around here any more?

I heard nothing.
Of course it'll fit; you just need a bigger hammer.
