Lady GaGa has scored a UK chart double this week.The popstar has topped the singles chart with 'Telephone', while her multi-platinum record The Fame, as deluxe reissue The Fame Monster, has returned to number one after spending 62 consecutive weeks in the album charts.
Earlier in the week, Tinie Tempah's 'Pass Out' was in place to become number one for a third week, but GaGa eventually pushed him down to number two.
Martin Talbot, managing director of the Official Charts Company, said: "It's a phenomenal achievement for Lady GaGa and shows just how much the chart can change in only a matter of days."
Elsewhere in the singles chart, INNA went straight in at number eight with 'Hot', while Cheryl Cole's 'Parachute' climbed two places to number six.
However, Gabriella Cilmi's 'On A Mission' dropped from number nine to number 17, while McLean slipped three places to number 13 with 'My Name'.
Black Eyed Peas climbed four places with 'Rock That Body', but just missed out on the top ten by charting at number 11.
